Conveniently located in the village of Peyia, only minutes drive from the well known Coral Bay with its bars, restaurants, tavernas and outstanding beaches. This Cyprus holiday rental property is an ideal base to explore the delights of the surrounding area and will cater for all types of holiday maker - sun seekers, those after the unlimited shopping and entertainment options from Paphos and Coral Bay, people looking to soak up the culture of the Paphos area, those looking to savour "traditional Cyprus" and explore nearby towns and villages, or the more adventurous types who wish to go winter skiing in the Troodos mountains.

The property itself is beautiful. Two double bedrooms with wardrobes. Fully equipped and furnished to a very high standard. Family bathroom with Bath & Shower, w.c. Kitchen with cooker, hob, firdge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, full cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery. Large open plan lounge and dining area. Very comfortable with ample seating and a dining table which seats 6. The property has a TV and a DVD player. Balcony views overlook the Paphos coastline.

Linen. Towels and linen are included (except beach towels).

The property is on a large plot with a swimming pool shared with the adjoining town-houses. There is an integral car park below the first floor.

We use hire cars to get the most of what is on offer in the surrounding areas.

Peyia Village is a very large, almost overwhelmingly friendly village. Now designated a town with its own municipality. Tucked away in the hills abuot 2.5 kms from Coral Bay and 15 km from Paphos. There are several coffee shops, supermarkets, banks and heartily welcoming tavernas which provide excellent food at very reasonable prices. A picturesque drive north along winding roads through the Peyia forest and pretty villages brings you to the Akamas peninsula and beaches of Latchi and Polis. Giving the possibility of countless memorable days out.

Coral Bay is situated minutes below Peyia and boasts the best natural beach in the Paphos area and a sun worshippers paradise! The summer heat is often tempered by a gentle sea breeze. The sea has a shallow shelf where young children may play safely. In the busier months water sports on offer include pedalloes, water skiing, banana boat, wetbike and wind surfing.

Close by the Bay you will find a bank, mini- markets for provisions, cocktail-cum-wine bars, diving gear shops, disco bar and a choice of restaurants. For casual al fresco meals, a taverna and a couple of snack bars overlooking the sea are open during the day.

Paphos

Merchants, voyagers and armies have passed through Paphos over the millenia. There are many remains that can be seen and are very interesting. Nearby is the world heritage site the Tomb of Kings.

Shoppers should head for old Paphos town, known as Ktima. It is more relaxing than the frantic hustle of the new town. It has narrow winding streets, souvenir shops, and the local market. Start early as it closes at 1 pm.

Aphrodite was born on a rock in the sea near Paphos. Legend has it that if at sunset, you swim naked round the rock twenty times, you will look twenty years younger. Would it work for thirty times?

Changeover Day

Although we can be flexible with changeover day. Wednesday to Wednesday is the usual day. Arrival times are 4pm and departure times 10am. Again we are flexible and happy to consider all and any special requests.

Booking Note

A 50% deposit is payable on booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to departure. You must arrange your own travel insurance.

We are happy to recommend local car hire and taxi companies who offer excellent rates.
