For a Let Only/Tenant Find Service we charge set up fees of half a month rent (plus VAT if applicable) per tenant.
We specialise in the South Wales area concentrating on Cardiff, Newport and Swansea. These areas have diverse markets and large populations to rent your properties. We have experience in letting to families, sharing professional persons, students and tenants on housing benefits.
